Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on GempakSlot. Providing false age information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials shall be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have promptly notified GempakSlot of unauthorised access.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify GempakSlot immediately via live chat at [email protected].
Each Player may hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts detected by GempakSlot — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods by the same individual — will be closed. All balances and bonuses associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. GempakSlot uses technical and manual verification methods to enforce this policy.
You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. If any registered information changes — including your residential address, phone number, or email address — you must update your Account profile promptly. GempakSlot shall not be liable for any delays or failures in processing transactions resulting from inaccurate Account information.
GempakSlot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods (availability may vary and is subject to change): Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards, Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), and Ethereum (ETH).
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. GempakSlot does not accept payments from third parties. Any deposit received from a third-party payment source may be reversed, and the Account subject to review or suspension.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 10. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed during the deposit and withdrawal process.
GempakSlot targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for most Malaysian bank accounts and e-wallets. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, for first-time withdrawals pending KYC verification, or where a withdrawal triggers an additional security review. GempakSlot is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, GempakSlot reserves the right to request KYC documentation, including a copy of your government-issued identification (MyKad or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement no older than three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the withdrawal request being held pending verification.
Note: GempakSlot does not charge withdrawal fees for standard Malaysian bank transfers and e-wallets. Cryptocurrency withdrawal network fees may apply and are borne by the Player. Any fees applicable will be disclosed before you confirm the withdrawal.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by GempakSlot are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotional offer. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements — contributions per game category are specified in the promotion details.
GempakSlot prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once; using automated software or scripts to complete wagering requirements; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy rollover obligations; or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, and all associated bonus funds and derived winnings will be forfeited.
Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire as specified in each promotion's terms. GempakSlot is not obligated to remind Players of expiring bonuses. Once expired, bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance without further notice.
All slot and random-outcome games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by GempakSlot or any third party. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each slot game represent long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical error, system failure, or software malfunction during gameplay, GempakSlot reserves the right to void any bets affected by the malfunction and to return the corresponding wager amounts to Players. GempakSlot shall not be liable for any claimed winnings resulting from a technical error. Decisions made by GempakSlot regarding disputed game rounds are final.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are subject to GempakSlot's sports betting rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Bets placed on void, postponed, or cancelled events are handled in accordance with those rules. In-play wagers are final once accepted by the system; GempakSlot is not liable for any network delay affecting bet placement.
GempakSlot applies maximum payout limits per game, per session, and per withdrawal period. These limits are displayed in each game's information panel and in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard. Any winnings exceeding applicable limits will be subject to a payout schedule agreed between GempakSlot and the Player.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, with all funds subject to review and potential forfeiture:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the GempakSlot name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of GempakSlot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of GempakSlot.

GempakSlot's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

GempakSlot reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where GempakSlot reasonably suspects or determines that the Player has: (a) breached any provision of these Terms; (b) engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct; (c) provided false registration or KYC information; or (d) poses a risk of harm to GempakSlot, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.
Upon account termination, GempakSlot will conduct a review of the Account balance and transaction history. Any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any amounts under investigation) may be returned to the Player via the original payment method used, at GempakSlot's discretion, following completion of the review.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting GempakSlot via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements.
GempakSlot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which GempakSlot operates.
